OU MAC Tourney, Georgetown Posters

The following two pieces were created after the Ohio University men’s basketball team completed an outstanding run to close out a fantastic 2009-2010 season.

The first poster on the left was my opportunity to really get creative and come up with a design that included all of the players on the team, Coach Groce, and the excitement of the team’s run towards winning the Mid American Conference Tournament. This poster was one of the most time-consuming projects that I did for the OU Athletic Department because of the amount of details that were included on the players all the way to deep in the background.

The second poster was made to commemorate the Bobcats’ improbable, dominating victory in the first round of the NCAA tournament over the powerhouse #3 seed Georgetown Hoyas. The goal was to showcase the way that the Bobcats stepped up to shock the nation with larger-than-life individual performances on an unforgettable night in Providence, RI.
